The Perfect Black Tea Latte

This easy to make 3 ingredient black tea latte is rich, creamy, and flavorful! It's sure to be a hit, and it couldn't be simpler to make. It comes together in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention it tastes so good it might just take the place of your morning coffee!

- 8 oz brewed strong black tea
- 1/2-1 tbsp honey OR sweetener of choice
- a splash of heavy cream milk, half and half, or any dairy-free milk can also be used
Place your tea bag in a mug, and heat your water till it comes to a full boil. (the water should be roughly 212 F.)
Pour the hot water over the tea, making sure you leave room in your mug for the heavy cream. Allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes.
After the tea has steeped remove the tea bag and discard it. Add the honey and stir until it is completely dissolved. Finish with a splash of heavy cream and enjoy!
You can easily turn this recipe into an iced tea latte as well! To make this an iced latte, brew your tea, and allow it steep. Fill a second mug or tall glass( I love to use canning jars.) with ice cubes. Add your sweetener to the hot tea, then carefully pour the hot tea into a cup of ice, making sure you leave a little room for the heavy cream. Finish with a splash of cream and enjoy!
You can also use loose-leaf black tea
