Strawberry Field Salad

This easy strawberry field salad is the perfect summer salad! Made with juicy strawberries, fresh greens, crumbled feta cheese, sliced almonds, and topped with our homemade poppy seed dressing.

- 2 cups baby spinach you can also use spring greens, romaine lettuce, baby kale, or any of your favorite salad greens!
- 1/4 cup feta cheese you can also use goat cheese or blue cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 5-6 fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 grilled chicken breast. You can also use a pan-fried chicken breast or rotisserie chicken. diced, sliced, or shredded
- poppy seed dressing you can also use balsamic vinaigrette, creamy avocado dressing, or blue cheese dressing. Or simply drizzle the salad with olive oil and add a sprinkle of sea salt and black pepper!
Wash the spinach(or greens of choice) and gently pat it dry with a paper towel, or spin it in a salad spinner.
Place the washed spinach in a large bowl, add the chicken, red onion, and sliced strawberries, and sprinkle on the feta cheese and sliced almonds.
Drizzle the poppy seed dressing over the top and enjoy!
Any leftover salad can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days!
