This easy Homemade Pomegranate simple syrup, calls for just 3 ingredients, and takes less than 30 minutes to make! This richly colored and flavorful recipe is perfect for homemade cocktails, lemonades, iced tea, bubble tea, and more!

- 1 cup pomegranate juice be sure to use 100% pomegranate juice, don't use a blend for this recipe!
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring it to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.
Reduce to a steady simmer, and continue to cook, whisking constantly until the mixture has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon, or resembles the consistency of of maple syrup.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool slightly, before transferring the mixture to a clean glass jar or glass bottle. Allow the mixture to cool uncovered until it reaches room temperature. (you can cover the jar with a tea towel or a rag to keep out any dust, while it is cooling) Cover the cooled syrup tightly with a lid and place it in the fridge until you are ready to use it.
