This homemade Greek salad dressing couldn't be easier to make! With just a handful of simple ingredients, this Greek dressing recipe is fast, easy, and delicious! Plus it's sure to be a hit wherever it goes.

- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard OR 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed above and mix well.
Homemade Greek dressing can either be used imminently or transferred to a mason jar or airtight container and stored in the fridge until ready to use.
Be sure to give your dressing a good shake before pouring and serving!

Greek dressing can be kept in the fridge for up to 7 days.
If you are in a pinch you can sub garlic powder for the minced garlic cloves. You can also use fresh herbs in place of the dried ones. And white wine vinegar can also be used in place of red wine vinegar if needed, it will alter the taste slightly but your dressing will still be super yummy!
You can store your homemade dressing in a variety of different ways. It can stored in glass or plastic containers or bottles. Mason Jars. or even in recycled jars or bottles from store-bought dressings!
Greek Salad dressing tastes great on just about any salad, but it especially pairs well with red onion, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, black olives, kalamata olives, and tomatoes. As well as with ham, grilled chicken, and steak!
