- 1 batch Greek salad dressing
- 2-3 heads romaine lettuce
- ham strips I like to use pre-sliced ham and cut it into strips
- 2-3 tomatoes I like to use fresh Roma tomatoes, but you can also use cherry tomatoes or whatever tomatoes you have on hand
- 1 red onion
- 1-2 green bell peppers
- 1 14oz can black olives
- 1 block feta cheese
Before we get into the recipe, I just wanted to say, that I don't induce exact measurements for this salad, the amount of each ingredient really depends on how much salad you are making. How much lettuce you have, and how many toppings you want on it. I like to load my salads up, so the rough measurements are based on that. If you prefer more of a lettuce salad with few toppings, you'll likely want to cut back on the amounts listed above.
Wash your lettuce under cool running water, spin it in a salad spinner, or pat it dry with a few paper towels.
Chop or tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl.
Roughly chop the green pepper, red onion, and tomatoes(if you are using cherry tomatoes, halve them), and add them to the bowl.
Halve the black olives and add them to the bowl.
Then crumble the feta cheese over the bowl, and finally pour on the Greek salad dressing(I use a full batch on my homemade Greek salad dressing). Toss everything together, making sure that the lettuce, ham, and veggies are completely coated in the dressing. Serve immediately or transfer to the fridge until ready to eat. Enjoys!

I like my salads to have a lot of toppings and a lot of dressing! So feel free to adjust this recipe as needed to better fit your taste. You can also serve the dressing on the salad at parties and gatherings.
Store any leftover salad in an airtight container in the fridge. Chopped Greek salad with last in the fridge for up to 3 days!
