Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe bananas you can also use frozen bananas for this recipe if you are looking for a thicker texture.
  • whole milk to thin I like to use whole milk, but you can also use 1%, 2%, skim milk, oat milk, almond milk, cashew milk, or any kind of milk you like.
  • 1 scoop OR 1 serving of collagen powder. My favorite one to use is Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder. But you can use your favorite brand of collagen!

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender. And blend on low speed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you are having trouble blending your shake, try adding a little more milk.
  • Pour into a tall glass(I like to serve mine in mason jars!) and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Personally, I wouldn't recommend storing this banana shake as it will start to separate quite quickly. It is best made and drank immediately!

I prefer my shakes to have a slightly thinner texture, but if you want yours to be thicker, or you added too much milk to your shake. You can add a few ice cubes to the blender to help thicken it up!
If you are looking to make this shake more filling or looking for some fun, healthy, and flavorful add-ins, check out the ideas below!
